Onsite Service:
Most situations and repairs can be taken care of onsite. Onsite service is billed out at an hourly rate plus the cost of any hardware or software that may be needed to bring your computer back to working and repaired condition.

Carry-In:
Our carry in service is available 5 days a week. Diagnostics for repair are $25.00, which is able to be applied to to the quoted services needed. We will always give you an honest evaluation of your equipment dropped off and we guarantee our work for 30 Days.

Flat Rate Services: (Carry-In Only)

Virus Removal with Vipre Antivirus and System Evaluation: $125.00
Computer Optimization and System Evaluation: $65.00

Remote Support:
If your computer can connect to a High Speed Internet connection then you are eligible for remote system support and repair. Most issues can be resolved remotely. Remote support is less expensive then onsite and carry in services.

Remote Support $45.00 for the first hour and $30.00 for each additional hour.
