Integrated Solutions and Essentials recommends Lenovo Computers as the primary brand. In the past we have sold our own in house brand, Acers, Dells, and Toshibas. We have done lots of research on this and we are now a Sales partner with Lenovo Computers. Lenovo, who purchased the PC and Server division of IBM, has shown us that you don’t have to sacrifice quality and computer speed with a decent priced computer. Lenovo has multiple locations and divisions across the United States and we feel will be leaving and gigantic foot print in the computer sales industry.

Our Voice Over IP Systems, built on Centos and Asterisk is now available. We have shipped and installed our first system from Wickliffe Ohio all the way to California. Our system is compatible with any SIP based phone and works with PSTN lines or SIP trunks. We are excited about the new advance in technology as it has opened up new avenues in networking. We are also Partnering with Nexvortex to provide any customers interested in SIP Trunks to new or existing PBX systems. We can retrofit any old PSTN phone system to work with SIP trunks.

Integrated Solutions and Essentials LLC is proud to announce the launch of our new website at www.isepc.com. The goal of the new website is to make it easier for our existing clients to submit and manage support requests, and provide more information about our services for prospective clients.

Our current clients who can access our ticket client portal can now use their email and password to log into the site to make filling out forms easier, access special content, and gain access to our ticketing system.
